Guests consistently praise the spacious and clean rooms, with some specifically mentioning the extra space provided by a separate closet. The hotel enjoys a convenient location, a short walk from Milano Centrale and with easy access to metros, trams, and buses, placing it within walking distance of many restaurants and under 30 minutes on foot from the Duomo di Milano. The breakfast selection is often highlighted as good, and some guests have found the standard rooms somewhat small for the price. i think the hotel sells itself AS a 5 star, but the whole experience felt more like a 3 star. the shower temperature would alternate between warm for a minute and then cold. the shower pressure was TERRIBLE.
