excellent location and great breakfast

i enjoyed the breakfast. it included a tasty and good variety of foods. the hotel team tried their best to help US. the hotel is located only a short walk from the train and metro station. There is a halal restaurant serving Arabic food right in front of the hotel.
i think the hotel sells itself AS a 5 star, but the whole experience felt more like a 3 star. the shower temperature would alternate between warm for a minute and then cold. the shower pressure was TERRIBLE.

i stayed in a beautiful room. the room decor and furnishings were nice. the bed was comfortable. the breakfast buffet offered many options.
the standard room felt small for the price i paid. the coffee machine did not work, i could not get it to operate. the reception was not very helpful.

The staff members were very friendly. I appreciated the impeccably designed lobby and common areas exhibiting a vibrant and modern flair. The hotel allowed a late check-out, which I found very accommodating. I found everything to be in perfect working order.
The room cleaning occurred midday instead of in the morning hours.
